Ravva Laddu

fast and easy ante 10-15 mins padtundi
ghee lo cashews and raisins fry cheyandi. fry ayaka coconut powder add cheyandi oka 1 min fry ayaka add 1 cup of sooji and fry for another 5 mins.. now add 2 cups of sugar and keep on stirring for abt 3 mins. now add 1/4 cup of raw milk and let it come to warm temparature so that you can make laddus.

coconut powder add chese mundu, i add some water to the coconut powder and let it sit for abt 2 mins.

you can little amt of raw milk while doing laddus if theres a difficulty.
and 1 cup of sooji, makes abt 8-9 laddus

kaju and endhu draksha manchi ga ghee lo veyinchi - keep it a side
ravva ni koncham ghee lo veyistha....brown kadhu kani light godhuma color vache daka
and will add sugar same qty as ravva to it and mix it for some more time .rendu baga mix iyaka koncham kachina milk and little ghee tho laddu chestha.

I do this in very small qty so pedha procedure emi follow kani bagane vasthayi arong 5- 8 depending on size

this is how i make
1 cups - Rava/Sooji (Upma rava)

1 cups - Sugar ( you can add 1/4-1/2 cup more depending on how sweet u want them)
2-3 nos -/Elaichi
2 cups - Rava/Sooji (Upma rava)
1/4 cup - Cashews/Almonds
- Ghee tp roast and fry cashews

in a pan put some ghee and fry cashews when they become light brown remove them
in the same ghee you can roast rava till the raw taste goes.To the roasted rava add elachi powder and fry a second and then switch off the stove

allow it to cool
meanwhile take some milk and boil them and allow it to cool
when the mixture has cooled add sugar( if you want the crystal taste then u can add normal sugar if u dont want it then u can powder the sugar and use it )
now slowly go on adding milk and make balls by placing the dry fruits in each laddoo individually while making them.

if u want to store these laddus for long use ghee instead of milk
