Veggie Dip

I sometimes buy the southwest mixed veggies in frozen aisle and steam them in the bag. Dantlo koddiga fresh tomatoes, cilantro, squeezed lemon juice with salt and pepper add chestey, it will be a fresh dip for chips. You can serve it cold or at room temperature. Sour cream is optional on the top. I love it with sour cream though :) . Sour cream pettinappudu, konchem milk or butter milk kalipi baga whip chestey, it will come to sauce like consistency. Store lo konedi generally thick ga untundi.

To add more taste, you can add finely chopped green onions to sour cream which also doubles as an extra dip for your chips.
