Mango Pie........Easy and tasty
Ingrediants :
Mango Pulp - 1/2 Tin
Cream Cheese : 8 oz
Unflavoured Jelatiin - 2 sachets
Sugar - As per taste
Pie crust : 9 oz
Milk - 1 cup
Method:
Warm milk for 1 min in Microwave, pour two sachets of jelatine powder and mix it.(Don't worry if it has any lumps, it would get mixed when we blend them)
Keep it a side and now take a mixing bowl pour mango pulp add cream cheese, sugar and jelatine mixture and mix it thoroughly with a hand blender or mix it in a food processor.
Now no lumps everything should be mixed well.
Pour the mixture on the pie crust. close with the pie lid and refrigerate it for 2 hrs before serving.

Watermelon Jelly

getlatin -1/4 cup
watermelon juice(freshly squeezed) - 1 cup
honey - as required
- gelatin koncham water lo kalipi palchaga cheyali.watermelon juice,honey tho mix chesi frezze cheyali in refrigerator until it becomes solid..then cut jelly inti pieces and njoy eating.

- jelly ni bowl nunchi seperate cheyataniki oka heated bowl or hotwater bowl lo oka 2 min ee jelly bowl pedithe jelly bowl lo kinda unna ice meltl ayyi jelly easy ga vachestundi

Mango pie recipe plzzzzz
Gals..
Naa degara oka mango pie recipe vundhi..No bake vi..I want to know if itz what u guys too follow else inka evaina vunda ani..Idhey first time trying so andhukey adugutuna..
INGRIDIENTS:
3 Readymade graham cracker pie crest
8oz (227g) Philadelphia cream cheese(Original or 1/3rd less fat)
16oz (454g/1LB) sour cream (I used friendship brand sour cream)
3 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin (knox original Gelatin
Unflavored 4)
2 cups water
1 can mango pulp
1 1/2 cups sugar
Method (For 3 crusts):- mix 3 envelopes of gelatin in 2 cups of water & boil it for few minutes. Keep aside until it becomes cool. Then add cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream. Blend or mix well without any lumps. Then add mango pulp mix
and pour it into the pie crusts and put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4hrs and serve cold when it has set. You can divide one crust in to 8 pieces.

PINEAPPLE PUDDING
PINEAPPLE PUDDING-by Sriharsha
Ingredients:
1 cup milk, boiled*
1 cup pineapple, chopped fine*
1½ tablespoons gelatin*
¼ cup sugar*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1. Soak the gelatin in a little cold water
.2. Heat the pineapple (its own juice will prevent it from burning), but do not let boil.
3. Pour boiling milk over the gelatin, and add sugar and vanilla extract.
4. Add the pineapple.
5. Beat well until mixture becomes a little hardened.
6. Pour into jelly or pastry mold. 7. Put in fridge and serve cold.
