Fish Fry

fish fry nenu 2 types lo chesta.. renditiki amsala antha same ee.. onion paste vesi okati veyyakunda okate chesta.. try it..

1 onion paste
ginger paste
garlic paste
masala-- store bought fish fry masala
or home made masala with daniya, cumin, cloves, cardmom, one bay leaf and cinaman stick and khus khus..
redchilli powder
lemion juice (optional) can be put in teh marinade or sprinkled on fried fish too..
I generally use cat fish ssteaks for fry..
some yogurt.. not much..
salt

mix everything in a bowl and add fish steaks to it and marinate for 1-2 hours.. I even leave it in fridge over night..

you can add oil in the pan and shallow fry it.. or you can put in oven at 350-375 F until done.. but make sure u coat the fish with oil if you put in oven.
fry till the marinate turn golden brown in color and the onion smell disappears..

u can also leave out the onion from the marinade...
