Cabbage Deep Fry Curry

Contributor: Sruthi 1 cabbage ni cut chesukovali... chinna chinna pieces kindha.. danilo 2 tbps rice flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp senaga pindi, salt, chilli powder, koncham hing vesukovali. Basically flour edhi ekuva undakudadu.. you can avoid senaga pindi .. if you can. Naaku sarriga raledu ani .. adhi add chesa. Oil ni heat chesukuni .. cabbage ni vesii fry cheyali. Koncham ekuva sepe paduthundhi.. like atleast 5-7 mins .. so you have to be patient with it.. First time koncham vesukuni try chesteh.. you will know by next time how much time is required.

Green Chutney

Wash mint bunch and cilantro through and cut in to small pieces. Chop green Chillies in to small pieces. Add chopped Corianter leaves, mint leaves, green Chillies, lemon juice, salt and raw mango ,garlic pods in a blender. Now add the yoghurt in the paste and using a spoon mix it very well. Mint chutney is ready. Try a little bit to see if you need more salt or lemon juice. Sprinkle a little bit of cumin powder on the chutney .

naaku pregnency related telidu kaani memu aaku koora pulusu chesthamu....oil lo jeelakarra, methulu, red chillies vesi vegaka koncham inguva vesi....taravata chopped onions vesi fry chesi...chopped paalakoora/thota koora vesi koncham fry chesi....tamarind juice, koncham bellam mukka vesi udakanivvali...baaga udikaka salt vesi kalapali...edi wateryga unte chinna bowl lo besan or rice flour water lo kalipi deniki add cheyyali... indhulo ghee vesukoni vedi rice lo tinte sooper untundi.... ippudu gurutu vachindi pregnent ante iron content unnavi tinali ante gongura tho kooda similar try cheyyachu...last it matram koncham chana dal naanapetti veste inka baaguntundi....instead of besan or rice flour. bte gongura lo tamarind takkuva padutundi...

Contributor: Sravanthi Suresh preggie and vegeterian antey instead of smabhar of pappu you can do loads of curries... potato shallow or deep fry (ask her if she is ok to eat fried food), beerakaya shallow fry and last lo sesame powder vesthey baguntundhi, tomato rasam, tomato sambhar kuda cheyyochu instead of tamarind, dondaya masala, etc etc etc... if she has craving for sweets you can even make simple halwa (seera)...

Chicken Kababs with ground chicken
Nenu Ila chestanu, Anshi ki baga istam, meatballs ani tinestundi

ground chicken 1pound,
1/2 red onion grated
1 tsp ginger garlic paste ( u can add only chopped garlic for kids)
roasted ground cumin 2 tsp,
1egg yolk,
2 tsps bread crumbs ( I use panko)
chopped cilantro, kothmir handful
2 tsp Paprika powder or use mana inti karam for extra spicy
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
crushed black pepper and salt

anni ingredients ground chicken lo mix chesi just fold it, baga kalapakudadu..that will make very hard kababs
then  coat with rice flour or panko bread crumbs (i use this, baga crunchy ga vostayi) shallow fry chesukovali
first okati chesi, taste chusi, uppu karam saripoinatlu vesukoni migathavi meat ball shape gani, patties shape gani, or else sheek kababs laga stick ki petti shallow fry it...

For freezing... I immediately freeze once they are room temperature, Anshi ki kavalsinnappudu 2-3 defrost chesi malli kunchum olive oil lo light ga fry chesi pedatha...she loves it!! Mee sahasra ki kuda try cheyyu....

nenu almost Padma lage chestanu but donot add soysauce , and add grated carrot and diced capsicum and also some fennel pwd also donot use blackpepper
