I have not tasted it but here is what I heard and read earlier

mix equal quanities of kale,spinach , celery,cucmber,pinch of ginger ,half green apple,honey /lemon and blend everything together.

Also this is for breakfast.

Grinder not sure kani works and comes out prefect in blender

juicer lo pulp filter ayipotundi anduke easy to drink...blender lo bagane vastundi....if u don't like the pulp vidiga filter cheyachu kani time padutundi...as it is kooda tagachu...it wouldn't hurt to have extra fiber kada....enjoy!

Cucumber Dip

You can use sour cream in cucumber dip.

1. peel and grate cucumber
2. add salt, and a finely chopped green chili
3. add sour cream
4. mix well

eat with tortilla scoops. sour cream antha fatty stuff aina pakkana fresh cucumber thintam kada - ado self satisfaction :)
