Simple spaghetti with store bought sauce

sphagetti boiling salt water lo cook cheyali with few drops of olive oil so, they won't stick to each other.timings vary by quantity check the pack...drain them after the pasta cooks tiny bit water unchadi so, that pasta mari dry anipisthe it helps.

inka sauce kuda ante pack medha instructions lekapothe...add the pasta sauce to pan cook for few min adi sizzle aye varaku appudu pasta vesedame check for seasoning.

u may add boilied or roasted vegetables of ur choice to it...asparagus,brocolli, basil leaves, fried spinach balls...inka me istam

if u want to make little spicy before adding the sauce to ur pan u may add more garlic [if u like them], chopped red chillies[ not the dried ones though]

ohh marchipoya...last lo u may add grated cheese [parmesan, cheddar, silton ] wat ever u like knocham stringy istam ayite pasta hot ga unnappudu veyali, dry ga just sprinkle chesedi istam ayite add before u eat daniki parmesan best.

Red Pumpkin Sweet ~ Glazed Butternut Squash

one red chilly - small
1 table spoon oil
red pumpkin - chopped into small pieces, remove seeds
jaggery - according to taste

- oka pan lo red chilly vesi oil vesi fry cheyali.
- next add pumpkin pieces. stir well. lid petti cook cheyali. pumpkin itself has water in it..so extra water is not required.
- once pumpkin is cooked add grated jaggery..mix well. switch of stove once its coated .
- yummy sweet is ready can we served warm or chill it before serving..

Dhokla Recipe

Take Besan(1 cup) in a bowl,add salt,turmeric pwd(1 tsp),cooking soda (an inch),curd (half cup)and water to mix without any lumps.the batter should not be very thick or very flowy.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Add 2 tsp lime juice,2 tbsp ginger and green chilli paste to the mixture.
Put a pressure cooker on gas with water inside and let the water boil without closing the lid.
Meanwhile grease a bowl,add Eno powder to the batter and mix it to form bubbles and pour the mixture immediately into the greased container.The mixture should not be rested after adding Eno.Close the cooker lid and steam the batter for 20 mins on high flame.
After 20 mins check by putting a knife inside the batter and if it comes out clean,ur dhokla mixture is ready.remove from flame and cool it before cutting into pieces.
For tadka..Add mustard seeds,asafoetida,jeera,curry leaves into oil and pour some water into it.Pour this tadka over the Dhokla pieces and sprinkle some coriander leaves before serving.

ippudayithe water lo minapappu and rice 1:1 ratio lo seperate ga nanapettestha,pappu metthaga grind chesesi,aa tarvtha rice ni palukuga grind chestha with lesswater and to make idly smooth i add little boiled rice to the rice while grinding..HTH

Ala koncham foamy ga ravali ante manam idli ki dal soak chestham kadha...aa soak chesi na dal ni 4-5hrs fridge lo pettali...aa tarvatha mixie veyali water kuda cooled water use cheyali..inka aa tarvatha same routine process...i mean leaving the batter outside for a day or so...

Nakku work out ayindhi elachesthe baga soft ga vachayi idli...and batter kuda foamy ga vundhi..

Ee process andhariki telisivunte lite tesukondi..

Simple Cauliflower Fry

nenu last week itlaa chesanu :

green chillies, ginger, cilantro, shredded coconut, salt anni grind chesaa;
moong dal soak chesaa oka 20 mins atleast;

inka, regular popu petti (urad dal, jeera, mustards, curry leaves, chana dal, turmeric),
chopped cauliflower vesi, soaked moong dal vesi, chilli paste vesi, mottam okasari stir chesi, medium flame, closed lid, 5-7 mins cook chesaa;

tarvata open lid tho oka 10 mins occassionally stirring, cook chesaa...
lightga corriander powder vesaa;

anthe, super nachindi, andariki...

small tweak for the salt..
in the recipe that i gave you..
chilli pastelo konchem salt add chesukondi;
the remaining salt, add it after u add gobi florets to the pan;
that way salt acts as moisture, and since u will close the lid and cook initially, u do not need water;
naku enduko water add cheste, mushyga anipistundi; so, max avoid chestha water lekunda;

gobi cut into florets
blanch them in hot water for few minutes
strain and remove

put tadka in pan
fry onions and few green chillies chopped
avi baga vegaka
add tomato puree or paste
fry till it releases oil
add little water and
then add gobhi
add salt turmeric and jeera and dhaniya pwd
remove frm gas when all water dries up
garnish with corrainder

Little late replying to your request but here is a simple cauliflower recipe

Just like Rama, sometimes I add methi and it compliments cauliflower very well. I love cauliflower methi combination. You can cut down a little on oil in this recipe.

5. Pulihora (24 hrs varaku aithe bayate uncheyochu)
6. milk and cereal (milk tetra pack dorukutundi like pantry style @ Kroger - no need to refrigerate, horizon brand), cereal bars

9. grill unte (coal - not electric).... you can make few items like instant dosa, pancakes etc..

milk add chesi ite nenu ila chesta

milk ni boil chesi.. wash chesina rice and pesarappu add chestanu..Rice baga cook ayyaka jaggery,ilachi powder vestanu...Then add fried kaju and raisins.Anta ipoyaka, 1 spoon ghee vesi mix chesta..

milk lekunda ite .. rice and pesarapappu cook chesi , grated jaggery, ilachi vesi cook chesta.. then add fried kaaju, raisins,dry coconut peices vesta... deeniki koncham ghee ekkuva veste taste chala baguntundi...

1 cup rice ki 1/3rd cup pesarapappu... milk cook cheyataniki taginanta, no exact measurement.

Chakra Pongal with out milk
Ingredients:

2cups rice
1 cup pesarapappu, if desired 2 cups can also be used
2 cup bellam or more acc. to taste
2 spoons cashew nuts
2 spoons kismis 2 spoons sliced almonds
5 elachi
edible camphor - small peice(optional)
2 spoons endu kobbari mukkalu fried in ghee(optional)
1 cup ghee

process:

1. fry rice and pappu separately with out ghee.
2.pressure cook together adding water.
3.Fry cashew ,almonds ,kobbari mukkalu n Kismis in ghee.
4.take bellam in non stick pan ,add little water, make syrup. now add the cooked rice mixture, ghee , fried nuts, kismis n kobbari mukkalu.

Maa akka sugar tho chestundi and no milk. bhale untundi achu temple prasadam laa..Here is the recipe

1 cup rice

¾ cup pesarappappu

3/4 cup sugar –

½ cup dry coconut pwder

Elachi and cashews

Cook rice and pesarappau in rice cooker using regular rice/water
measurements

Then heat butter, fry cashews and elachi and dry coconut
powder.
Then put the cooked rice and add sugar…keep it on the
flame for few min until the sugar dissolves and then it out…

As taruvatha oka wide pan lo 1 tsp ghee vesi andhullo pachi kobbari chinna pieces laga cut chesukoni Chala transparent ga vundali aviv fry chesukoni pakki petti cashew and nuts kuda fry chesukovali . As taruvatha a pan konchem water posi andhullo Bellam veyyali as taruvatha ilachi powder veyyali Bellam melt ayyaka Andhullo cooked rice vesi baga kalapali . Taruvatha Payyina fry chesina items indullo vesukovali . Nenu Bellam and water andazga vesthanu.

nenu Ela chesthanu. Chakra pongale. Rice 1 cup ki 1/4 cup pesara pappu vesi koncham (may one 1 spoon ) ghee lo verse Oka 2-3 mins fry chesthanu they rice ki saripada water vese 3 whistles ranisthanu. Then vere pan dry fruits fry chese pakkana pedathanu. Then cooked rice lo 3/4 cup sugar vesthanu(sugar mana taste ki add cheyachu) then koncham water posi rice sugar syrup lo udikisthanu. Daggara ga ayyaka dry fruits vese , dinchesthanu....

Mixed Lentils Vegetable Vada ~ Garelu

Weekend variety ga variety garelu/vada try chesanu....

Split chickpeas - 2 cups
Moongdal - 1 cup
Sabudana - 1 handful
Rice - 1 handful
Soya beans - 1 cup
Rajma - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chillies - 4 or more if you like it more spicy
Potato - 4 peeled and grated
Carrot - 2 grated
Salt - to taste

Split chickpeas, Rajma, sabudana, rice, soya beans, moongdal anni mundu roju night soak cheyali. Next day rice, ginger, chillies and sabudana baga paste laga grind cheyali.
next grind the remaining dals coarsely. add salt and grated carrot and potato to the mixture. Make vadas and deep fry them on medium heat. a dip lekunda yummy ga vunnayi.......

cut ginger into small pieces and soak in lime juice and salt, add few jeera to it, 3 or 4 days lime juice lo soak ayyaka, dry them, good for tummy upsets.
