inko simple recipe...koddiga butter vedi pan lo vesi, peel chesi, slice chesina apples ni melliga andulo pan fry chesi, paina koddiga bellam or brown sugar(idi untey best) vesi tintey chala baguntai. It goes with pancakes very well.

chapati toni dry curry edina baguntadi and nenu ee madhya okati kottadi try chesanu from gayatri vantillu..vankaya dhaniyala karam...they both really went very well with oneanother and this curry is also not very time consuming!

Apple bread

3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cups sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups apples - peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped 1 cup broken walnuts

In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, place oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and apples. Stir into flour mixture. Add walnuts and mix.Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes

apple bread recipe, 3/4 c oil,
1c sugar
1c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnammon powder (optional)
1/2 tbsp baking soda
3 c all purpose flour
1/2 c raisins (mixed with a pinch of flour, so that they are well coated..that way they don't sink to the bottom of the cake and burn)
3 apples (2 c grated, 1 cup chopped)

Preheat oven to 300F

1. COmbine all wet igredients and grated apples
2. Add sifted AFP and baking soda, cinammon powder
3. Mix well
4. Add chopped apples. Mix
5. Add raisins.
6. Add batter to two loaf pans.
7. You can sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar on top of both loaves.Its gives a crispy crust (optional).

Bake for 90min at 325F. Check after 60 min by inserting a knife in the center. If done, it should come out clean.

For grated part, you can add zucchini or carrots and add chopped apples or pears. You can reduce sweetness according to your liking. You can aso add chopped nuts.

Noone Gongura

talimpu(channa dal,urad dal, red dry chilly,avalu,hing)
-garlic
- chopped onions

1.gongura akulu wash chesi oka pan lo koncham oil vesi fry cheyali.salt veyali. gongura cook ayinaka stove off cheyali.
2. vere pan lo oil vesi talimpu veyali. garlic pods(lite ga crush chesi veste baguntundi),chopped onions veyali. ivi vegaka finally fry chesina gongura vesi kalapali. dry red chilly powder vesi 1 min anta kalipi stove off cheyali.

- soya boiled+aloo mashed +salt+green chilles+onions+curry leaves kalipi chinna
balls laga cheyali.
- besan lo koncham water vest baking soda vesi bajjila pindi la kalapali.
- balls ni besan batter lo dip chesi fry cheyali

Butter Paneer Masala

cashew nut paste

-tomato,onions ,masala dinsulu boil cheyali 15 minutes in water. boil chesina water tho kalipi grind cheyali gravy la.
-oka pan lo butter veyali.butter karigaka jeera veyali. jeera vegaka sounf veyali.
grind chesina gravy veyali.
-salt,sugar,red chilly powder veyali..paneer pieces veyali..lid petti 2-3 minutes cook cheyali .
-cashew nut paste, koncham butter add cheyali.
- 2-3 minutes lid petti cook cheyali.gravy chikka badutundi.
- finally u can add grated paneer if u like..

atukula pulihora/poha pulihora

Beaten rice (hard variety) / Atukula / Poha (Jada) – 2 cups
Tamarind – small lime size ball
Salt – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Jaggery – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cooking oil – 2 tbsps
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Spilt Black gram dal /urad dal – 1 tsp
Bengal gram dal /chana dal – 1 tsp
Ground nuts - 2 tbsps
Dry Red chillies – 2
Hing a pinch
Curry leaves – a few

1. Wash the Beaten rice /Poha/ Atakulu 2 times and drain out the excess water.
2. Soak tamarind in enough warm water and extract the pulp to make 1.5 cups.
3. Add salt,turmeric, red chilli powder and powdered jaggery to tamarind juice.
4. Soak washed beaten rice in the prepared tamarind juice mixture for 15 minutes or until it absorbs all the liquid and the flakes become soft, fluffy and separate.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds , when the mustard seeds splutter, add urad dhal ,chana dal and chopped green chillies fry for 1 minute.
6. Then add groundnuts when they fry add red chillies and curry leaves and hing.
7. Then Add the soaked beaten rice / atukulu, and well blend with the seasonings.
8. Cover and cook for 8 minutes on low heat.
