My cousin makes it little differently. She adds chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, kotmir, egg and corn flour. chopped onion & green chilies optional... She mixes everything together.... makes small patties or balls and deep fries them.

With Chicken Cubes:
Chesi chana rojulu avuthundhi... giving approx. measures..
Chicken Tikka Kababs
Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Chicken cut into small cubes
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 - 2 tsp tikka masala powder (i like shaan brand)
little bit of lime juice
yogurt to coat the pieces
salt to taste
Vegetables of your choice (i like onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and sometimes i use broccoli also)
oil for basting
Mix all the ingredients together with little bit oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes... if you want to marinate it overnight, don't marinate teh veggies yet. Marinate the veggies 30 minutes or an hour before grilling.
Skewer chicken pieces to the skewer... apply some oil to the chicken pieces with your hand or with a brush... or spray it with pam. I normally skewer veggies and chicken pieces separately... Grill them in ur oven or on a barbeque grill... In teh oven I broil them. Turn the skewers in between so that the meat is cooked evenly on all sides.
I hope this helps... if you have any doubts, let me know...
If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes... normally skewer packet meedha vuntadhi, how many minutes to soak the skewers in water...
TIP: Maa cousin valaki hyd loo restaurant vundhi... tanu cheppindhi, yogurt badalu cream loo marinate chestee, meat chana tender and juicy gaa vuntadhi ani... i have not tried this tip though...
