this recipe is shared by my MIL... i ve tried it ... loved it...
Kothimeera pachadi...
1) In a pan add soem little oil, put mustard seeds, let it splutter, add methi seeds and greenchillies(adjust green chillies according to ur spice taste) n fry for a minute...grind coarsely this mixture
2) add corainder , tamarind and little of jaggery, salt n grind it..
This makes awesome pachadi for idli n dosas and u can have it with rice also with ghee...
my version of raw Kothimeera pachadi...
1) take the corainder leaves, wash it, n grind it raw along with green chillies, tamarind n salt...(adjust green chillies according to ur spice taste)
2) take oil in a pan , add mustard seeds let it splutter add this mixture to the grinded one...

Corainder chutney:
take some corainder leaves (say 1 cup) wash it, put some putnala paapu, green chillies,salt and grind it... then in some oil add some mustard let it splutter, and put this poppu in the chutney.. this goes well with Idli n Dosas... easy to make...
