dh has bought tht sizzling plate...it comes with a metal n wooden plate...aa metal plate ni heat chesi aa wooden plate meeda pettali ...meeru anni veggies..chicken tho kuda cheyochu..not necessarily shrimps..also u can use rice instead of pasta....aa sizzling plate leka mundu we used to use a wide non stick pan..kinda cabbage layers la petti heat chesi appudu chese vallu edo..
emi spray cheyyakarledu..metal plate di direct ga stove meeda pettali..then u add the cabbage(idi only incase u are using a pan so that veggies dont burn immediately) and then arrange all veggies..aa metal heat ki aa sizzling sound n smoke vastadi and aa veggies aduguna lite ga madina effect vastadi.2-3 mins ayyaka stove ninchi tiyyali...migitha veggies n rice manam hot gane vestamu...anyway meeku inka clear ga kavali ante dh ni repo eppudo adigi pedatha..nenu veggies cut chesi, rice or pasta varike chestha..he prepares some sauces, blanches all veggies and non veg etc
