Cabbage Pachadi

When I made it yesterday, koncham procedure change chesa...

oil loo, mustard, jeera, urad dal, 5-6 (Adjust to taste)green chilies, 2-3 dry chilies vesi, let the seeds sputter... then add turmeric and salt. Add cabbage and mix well. cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until cabbage is cooked. Let it cool. Grind to fine paste along with some tamarind paste and little bit of kotmir. IF using tamarind rekulu, add it to tadka.

Hope this clear... doubts vuntee adugu... measurements blog loo mention chesi na quantity use cheyachu.

This is how I do....

Cabbage ni oo spn oil lo vesi koncham soft ayyedhaka fry cheyali....add cumin,dry red chillies/green chillies and salt to taste,add lil tamarind,pinch of turmeric,mix well and frfor 2 mins,turn off the flame,let it cool and then belnd it to the desired consistency,add lil water if necessary....finally add tadka if u like and serve.

nenu okkosari koncham garlic kuda vesthanu....

edhi maa entilo fav dish
tenali side baga chestharu ee roti pachadalu

cabbage grate in food processor or finely chop
fry in little oil till it is soft
fry green chillies jeera too

then grind first green chillies jeera garlic flake along with little tamarind
salt and the cabbage fried then add a little yougurt to it

last put tadaka of avalu and karvepaku

@kavya eeroju chesanu lunch ki cabbage pachaddi chala baga vachindi chinna change enti ante iused raw garlic instead of adding in seasoning as we r garlic lovers thanks kavya for the easy and instant recipe
